Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order. By commissioning me, you (the client) indicate that you agree to be bound to these terms. TOS may be subject to modification at any time. Clients are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms. All terms are non-negotiable and I reserve the right to cancel or refuse a commission if any of my terms are broken.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

18+: We accept commissions from individuals aged 18 and older.
16–17: We accept commissions from minors aged 16 and 17 only with explicit parental or guardian consent.
A parent or guardian must be included in the initial communications and must be the one to process the payment via Wise.
Under 16: We do not accept commissions from anyone under the age of 16.

Timeline & Deadlines

Completion Time: The average completion time for a project is 1–2 months from the date materials arrive. This is an estimate, not a guarantee.
No Deadlines: We do not accept commissions with hard deadlines (e.g., specific conventions, birthdays, or holidays). High-quality hand-crafted art takes time, and we will not rush the process at the expense of quality.
Queue Updates: Buyers will be kept informed of their place in the queue and notified when their specific project begins.

Payment Policy

Accepted Method: All payments must be processed via Wise.
Quotes and invoices are issued in USD ($).
Non-Refundable Deposit: 40% of your total is a non-refundable "Material and Admin Fee," used immediately to source supplies and begin the 3D modelling process. Once the materials has arrived, you are given a week to pay the remaining 60% of the total payment.
We do not offer payment plans.

The 3D Modelling Process

Custom Sculpting: Each head is built on a custom 3D-modelled base designed in Nomad Sculpt.
Approval Stage: You will receive digital screenshots of the sculpt. This is the only stage where structural changes (ear shape, expression, etc.) can be made.
Printing: Once the sculpt is approved and 3D printed, no further structural changes can be made without an additional "re-print" fee.

Reference Material & Design

Digital Ref Sheet Required: A clear, digital, flat-coloured reference sheet (front and side views) is mandatory.
Colour Matching: We match fur to your digital reference using industry-standard luxury furs. Minor variations between digital screens and physical fabric are expected.
Design Lock: Once the sculpt is approved and fur is ordered, the design is "locked."

Sizing & Measurements

Head Measurements: The Buyer is responsible for providing an accurate head circumference measurement.
Fit Guarantee: We scale the 3D base to your provided numbers. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Invoices: Shipping is billed separately via Wise once the project is completed and weighed.
Customs & Taxes: International Buyers are solely responsible for all customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.
Insurance: All items are shipped with tracking and full value insurance.

Warranty & Repairs

One-Year Free Warranty: We offer a one-year (12 month) free warranty from the date of delivery for minor structural issues (e.g., popped seams, loose glue, or eye mesh lifting).
The Buyer pays shipping to the studio; the maker covers repair labour and return shipping.
Post-Warranty Repairs: Once the one-year period has expired, all repairs will be treated as paid refurbishments. Pricing will be quoted based on the extent of the damage and current material costs.
Hygiene & NSFW: For safety, we strictly will not handle items that are dirty, have strong odors, or have been used for NSFW purposes. Items must be freshly laundered before being sent for any repair.

Cancellations & Refunds

Buyer Cancellation: The 40% deposit is strictly non-refundable. The remaining 60% is only refundable if the 3D sculpting process has not yet begun.
No Refunds Post-Print: Once the head base has been 3D printed or fur has been cut, no refunds will be issued.
Maker Cancellation: If the Maker must cancel, a 100% refund (including the deposit) will be issued via Wise.
